Access Statement

Burleigh House is situated on Church Walks, Llandudno which is a one-way street and on a slight incline. Although we have no private parking available there is ‘free street parking’ down the left-hand side of Church Walks at all times and between 5pm and 10am on the other side. Please just pull up outside (on the single yellow) on arrival and we will help you park.

The front gate is up one step (6″ high) and is 45″ wide. The stone path leads to 3 large slate steps (each step 6″ high/542 wide) then the front door is 41″ wide. There is a hand rail up the right-hand side. The door has a RING doorbell.

The dining area is to the left (door width 31″).

We no longer have a public toilet or guest lounge available.

Stairs to the first floor are split into two flights with a half landing in between; both have 8 steps (7″ high/28″ wide/10″ deep). This takes you to the first-floor landing which accesses Guest Rooms 1, 8 & 3. Please note that Room 1 has a further set of steps down to the en-suite shower room (3 steps 7″ high/29″ wide/10″ deep).

Stairs to the second floor are also split into two flights with a half landing in between; both have 8 steps (7″ high/28″ wide/10″ deep). This takes you to the second-floor landing which accesses Guest Rooms 4, 5 & 7.

All rooms have walk-in showers. Rooms 1, 7 & 8 have double shower units.

Public transport is available nearby (bus & train). Just ask for a timetable.
