The room is gorgeous, very spacious... read more and spotless. The breakfasts were delicious with a lot of options to choose from, I love the salmon option! Only a short walk away from the sea, the pier and the tram stop for the Great Orme. There are plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. Brilliant value for money!

The breakfast was amazing and there was plenty to choose from (I'm still stuffed haha). It's also in an ideal location in Llandudno.

I just wanted to add a special thank you to both Steve and Julie who are just the most wonderful hosts and nothing was too much trouble. We left it really late to book somewhere for NYE and Julie managed to get us a table in a local restaurant which we really enjoyed (and appreciated).

We will definitely be coming back!

  This BB is central to all anenities, beach is 100 meters away, shops, cafes restaurants and the famous Great Orme Tram.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Nothing was too much... read more trouble. Julie and Steve made us very welcome with a great selection for breakfast. The room was excellent , great size shower and lovely towels. The information book in the room was the best we have ever seen.
Tea and coffee facility was very modern and also well stocked. And a very comfortable King size bed 👍
We will be going back.

  TWO NIGHT STAY AT BURLEIGH GUEST HOUSE LLANDUDNO - A two night stay at our favourite guest hose in Llandudno when seeing a show at the Venue Cymru, We have been coming to Burleigh House for a number of... read more years and wouldn't stay anywhere else. As with other guest who have been coming regularly, we have become friends.
It is in Church Walks very close to the pier, promenade and town centre
On arrival, Julie and Steve are so welcoming and Steve usually helps with finding a parking spot. The guest hose is spotlessly clean and run so efficiently. Our favourite room 7 is very well furnished and so comfortable .
Steve's breakfasts are legendary, see other reviews,, and we really look forward to them, nothing is too much trouble.
The cost of staying at Burleigh is very good value for money.
Highly recommended !!

The rooms are spotless and contain everything you need for a stay.
The breakfast was hearty and well cooked with a good choice of local produce.
Good advice and discount cards for some places to eat. We dined at La Taverna and the Cottage loaf and had a light lunch at The Snowdon nearby.
All were good as recommended.
We will definitely return to Stay with Julie and Steve and will recommend them to our friends.and family. Thanks for a pleasant stay

It's central location makes it very easy to walk and take in all that Llandudno has to offer and you will really need to get your steps in if you take on-board Steve's full breakfast!
If like us you scroll Trip Advisor checking out all of the various hotels etc, then save yourself some time and just book the Burleigh as you won't find better!

Only possible gripe is Steve's fondness for the wrong football team in red but we'll forgive him for that,and was more than made up for with our chats about music.
