Steve and Julie the owners at Burleigh House are exceptional people they are so friendly, helpful and are always on hand if you need anything. They go out there way to ensure every client that stays there get the same level of treatment , ensuring everyone enjoys their stay, nothing is too much trouble for them. Breakfasts are fabulous all types of cereal on offer, a good range of fruit juices, fresh fruit again plenty of variety and different flavour of yogurts. You can have a full English, salmon and cream cheese on a bagel or if you just want a bacon or sausage sandwich then Steve will do this for you. Also for breakfast filtered fresh coffee, tea has much as you want and then also toast with a variety of spreads ie different jam flavours, marmalade or marmite. Overall, this place is excellent and I can assure you that you won’t be disappointed - its first class place to stay.

Both lovely light rooms with 3 windows and a seating area in each. Breakfast was the best we have had at a b&b. Steve manages to cook everything on the cooked breakfast beautifully and consistently day after day and the fresh fruit platter with yoghurt also hit the mark. Best bacon ever! We have stayed several times now and will be back!

The guest house is maintained to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Our room (no 3) was a spacious en-suite room with a ridiculously comfortable bed! Toiletries, a hairdryer and a welcome tray (with hot chocolate sachets and a fancy kettle!) were much appreciated.

Lots of choice at breakfast and our vegetarian cooked breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day.

Would not hestiate to book again if we come back to Llandudno.
