We go abroad a lot and stay in... read more 5 star hotels but my husband still insists and tells everyone that the best cooked breakfast he has ever had is At Burleigh House. It is super clean. You will not find a speck of dust anywhere. Jules and Steve are definitely in the right job as they are fantastic hosts.

Both lovely light rooms with 3 windows and a seating area in each. Breakfast was the best we have had at a b&b. Steve manages to cook everything on the cooked breakfast beautifully and consistently day after day and the fresh fruit platter with yoghurt also hit the mark. Best bacon ever! We have stayed several times now and will be back!

Jules and Steve... read more are great hosts and made us feel welcome as soon as we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble.

The guest house is maintained to a very high standard and is spotlessly clean. Our room (no 3) was a spacious en-suite room with a ridiculously comfortable bed! Toiletries, a hairdryer and a welcome tray (with hot chocolate sachets and a fancy kettle!) were much appreciated.

Lots of choice at breakfast and our vegetarian cooked breakfast was delicious and kept us going all day.

Would not hestiate to book again if we come back to Llandudno.

Our room was spotless, recently decorated with a very comfortable bed. Our breakfast were beyond our expectations.. The full English breakfast was very tasty and can’t wait to go back for more. We received very helpful information on places to visit, beaches to take long walks on and great suggestions on places to eat during our 5 day stay. Some places only the locals with know about. Thanks Steve ! Location was perfect close to beach, boardwalk, and fine restaurants and pubs. Located in a quiet neighbourhood and walking distance to the shopping district and beach. We could not ask for more or better accommodations and hosts. Will definitely stay there again. We hope very soon.

The information file in the room is by far the most comprehensive I’ve ever seen , including details of 40 local places eat/drink with some offering discounts to their customers. Also there is a massive list of dvds for you to borrow if you fancy.
The breakfast is exceptional ( like everything) with clearly high quality produce cooked to perfection.
The rooms are outstanding with everything you could ever need.
