3rd Best B&B in the UK and the 11th Best B&B in the World
It’s another very proud moment for Burleigh House following our success in the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Best of the Best Awards 2026.
On 17 September, representatives from five independent Llandudno accommodation businesses were welcomed to the Council Chamber by Llandudno Town Council to celebrate their outstanding achievements in this year’s awards.
Burleigh House was joined by Min Y Don, The Rosedene, The Cliffbury and Between The Bays, with all five businesses ranking among the top 15 B&Bs in the UK and the top 1% of accommodation businesses worldwide.
It was an especially proud occasion for us following Burleigh House being named the 3rd Best B&B in the UK and 11th Best B&B in the World in the 2026 Tripadvisor awards.
During the event, the Mayor of Llandudno, Cllr Mandy Hawkins, presented each business with a Mayoral Certificate recognising their service, dedication and contribution to the town.
Speaking about the achievements, Cllr Hawkins highlighted the passion and hard work of Llandudno’s independent businesses and the contribution they make to showcasing the town’s hospitality on a global stage.
We’re incredibly proud to be part of such a strong community of independent accommodation providers here in Llandudno. To see five local B&Bs recognised among the very best in the country is a wonderful achievement for the town as a whole.
The celebration has also been featured by the North Wales Pioneer, which reported on the five businesses and their recognition by Llandudno Town Council.
Our thanks once again go to all our wonderful guests whose reviews and continued support have made achievements like this possible.
